Who are Mindset Group?

The Mindset Group is a consultancy group that enables organisations to execute their business strategy through three key areas of Transformation, Talent and Technology.

Transformation is the process of aligning business, people and process strategies to drive and sustain a change in the mindset of the organisation and its people.

Talent secures an organisation’s capabilities through the recruitment, strategic planning and retention of their people to ensure they have the correct skill sets now and in the future to drive their business.

Technology drives the engagement of the workforce by implementing and integrating a tool set(s) into the organisation that drives strategic alignment, improved capability and increased engagement.

The Mindset Group was established by Don Holley and Aaron Dodd to help organisations cope and thrive through continuous change brought on by social, economic and industrial changes.

Originally formed in 2002 under the name of Odin Consulting, the business underwent a strategic refresh and rebrand to become known as Mindset Group. Since then we have worked with our clients to improve business performance and change mindsets through the core business competencies of Transformation, Talent and Technology.
